Yahoo to Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 25 at 8 A.M. PT/ 11 A.M. ET

Yahoo! Inc.'s YHOO Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET, at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel, 2700 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

A live stream of the Annual Meeting will be available exclusively on Yahoo Finance at http://finance.yahoo.com/topics/yahoo-2014-shareholders-meeting/. The video will be archived after the event at http://investor.yahoo.net and will be available for 90 days following the broadcast.

In order to attend the Annual Meeting you must be a shareholder of record or a beneficial owner of Yahoo common stock as of the close of business on the record date, April 28, 2014, or meet the other requirements described in Yahoo's related proxy statement. All attendees should be prepared to present government-issued photo identification for admission.

The meeting is for shareholders only; members of the media are invited to watch the live stream.

Shareholders of Record: You are a "shareholder of record" if you hold Yahoo shares directly in your name with Yahoo's stock transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, N.A. If you are a shareholder of record, the name on your photo ID will be verified against the April 28, 2014 list of shareholders of record prior to your being admitted to the Annual Meeting.

Beneficial Owner: You are a "beneficial owner" if you hold Yahoo shares in street name (through a broker, bank or other nominee). If you are a beneficial owner, you will need to provide proof of your beneficial ownership on the record date, such as a brokerage account statement showing that you owned Yahoo stock on April 28, 2014, a copy of the Notice Regarding the Availability of Proxy Materials or the voting instruction form provided by your broker, bank or other nominee, or other similar evidence that you owned Yahoo stock on the record date. The name on your photo ID and your proof of ownership must match.

If you do not provide photo identification or comply with the other requirements upon request, you may not be admitted to the Annual Meeting.
