Kratos Awarded C4ISR Training Support Multiple Award Contract With $35 Million Potential Value by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific

SAN DIEGO, May 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. KTOS, a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that it has received an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) C4ISR Training Support Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The SSC Pacific C4ISR Training Support Contract, inclusive of all awarded contracts and ordering periods, has a total ceiling value of $35 million with a three-year ordering period.

The award allows Kratos to compete for task orders across all manpower, personnel, and training functions associated with SPAWAR strategic programs and product lines. This multiple award contract was designed to provide training support to SSC Pacific, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in support of SPAWAR systems and products integrated on their platforms.

The C4ISR Training Support MAC will accommodate delivery of products and services to include all forms of training systems and solutions, including virtual training systems, simulators, interactive multimedia instruction, instructional system design, instructor-led training, blended learning solutions, and training assessments. The SSC Pacific C4ISR Training Support MAC also provides manpower, personnel and training technical support services to programs within the SPAWAR enterprise.
