Cytec Declares Quarterly Dividend

Woodland Park, New Jersey, April 22, 2014 -  Cytec Industries Inc. CYT announced today that the company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock of the company, payable on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 to shareholders of record as of Friday, May 9, 2014.
