“These families need our help,” said Massimo DiDonna, President of The Carl V. The day of the blaze, The Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund provided immediate assistance to the five devastated families in the form of $500 gift cards.

“Having a mother, who as a child, experienced a 3 alarm fire in her home the day after Easter, I sympathize with the families and understand the difficult hardships they are going through. What makes our Staten Island community so special is the ability for our community to come together to help our neighbors in time of need,” said Janine Materna, President of the Pleasant Plains, Prince's Bay, Richmond Valley Civic Association.

Tickets to the event are $45 for adults and $15 for children 13 and under and include buffet dinner. Tickets may be purchased in advance online by visiting: http://www.binifund.org or at the door the night of the event. All proceeds raised will be evenly distributed to the affected families.
