Foot Locker, Inc. Names Sheilagh M. Clarke Senior Vice President, General Counsel And Secretary

NEW YORK, April 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Foot Locker, Inc. FL today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Sheilagh M. Clarke as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective June 1.  She succeeds Gary M. Bahler, who is retiring on that date.

Ms. Clarke, age 54, is currently Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Foot Locker, Inc.  She joined Foot Locker in 1988, and since that time has held a number of positions in the company's Legal Department.  She is a graduate of Monmouth University and Seton Hall Law School.

Mr. Bahler, age 62, who joined the company in 1980, has been a Senior Vice President since 1998, General Counsel since 1993, and Secretary since 1990.
