Annual Meeting of Stockholders

IBP's 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 18, 2014, at 10:00 am (Eastern time) in a virtual meeting accessible via the Internet. At that time, shareholders of record will be asked to elect three Class I director nominees, to ratify the appointment of the Company's registered public accounting firm and to vote upon any and all such other matters as may properly come before the Annual Meeting. The Board has fixed the close of business on May 1, 2014 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting and at any continuation, postponement or adjournment thereof.
