DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2014 Dividends On Shares Of Its Preferred Stock

WASHINGTON, March 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. DFT today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on shares of its preferred stock for the first quarter of 2014.  The following have been declared:

• The Company will pay a $0.4921875 per share dividend on the 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from January 16, 2014 to April 15, 2014. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of April 4, 2014; and

• The Company will pay a $0.4765625 per share dividend on the 7.625% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from January 16, 2014 to April 15, 2014. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of April 4, 2014.

As previously disclosed, the Company will pay a $0.35 per common share cash dividend on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of April 4, 2014.
