("The Company"), AMCN, a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 ended December 31, 2013 after the U.S. market closes on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
