HONOLULU, Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. ALEX today announced a first quarter 2014 dividend of $0.04 (4 cents) per share. The dividend is payable on March 6, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2014.
