GREEN BAY, Wis., Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp ASBC today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, payable on March 17, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2014.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 8.00% Series B Perpetual Preferred Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2014, with the dividend payable date of March 15, 2014, and an actual payment date of March 17, 2014.
