Sparton Corporation SPA announced it will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Tuesday, February 4 at 10:00 a.m. CT / 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss its fiscal 2014 second quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.

The Company's results for the quarter ending December 31, 2013 will be filed with the SEC no later than February 3, 2013.
