Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. Increases Distribution to $0.58 for the Fourth Quarter 2013

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. ARP today declared an increased quarterly distribution for the fourth quarter 2013 of $0.58 per common unit. The fourth quarter 2013 distribution represents an approximate 4% increase over the third quarter 2013 distribution of $0.56 per common unit, as well as a 21% increase from the fourth quarter 2012 distribution of $0.48 per common unit. The distribution is payable Friday, February 14, 2014 to holders of record as of Monday, February 10, 2014.
