EMCOR Group, Inc. Declares Increased Regular Quarterly Dividend

NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

EMCOR Group, Inc. EME today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 31, 2014 to stockholders of record as of January 24, 2014.

As previously reported, EMCOR's Board of Directors announced in December 2013 its intention to increase the Company's annual dividend from $0.24 to $0.32 beginning in the first quarter of 2014.
