Liberty Property Trust Announces Herman C. Fala Will Join The Company As General Counsel

MALVERN, Pa., Dec. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Property Trust LRY today announced that Herman C. Fala will join Liberty as General Counsel on January 1, 2014.

A highly-regarded expert in real estate law, Mr. Fala joins Liberty from Cozen O'Connor, where he chaired the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor in 2009, he chaired the real estate department at WolfBlock, LLP, for 10 years.
