Kevin Burke Joins ITC as Vice President, Human Resources

NOVI, Mich., Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. ITC today announced that Kevin Burke has joined the company as vice president, human resources and chief human resources officer. Burke will lead all human resources functions for ITC.

Burke joins ITC from Dow Corning Corporation, where he served as vice president of human resources for Global Corporate Functions. In that role, he led human resources for all global functions including manufacturing, science and technology, marketing and sales, and corporation functions. Burke also served as vice president of human resources for Hemlock Semiconductor Group, a joint venture of Dow Corning.  Prior to his roles at Dow Corning Corporation, Burke served as senior director of human resources and talent management for Pulte Homes, Inc., where he provided HR leadership for departments across multiple locations while leading corporate talent management initiatives. Burke also previously held human resources positions with General Mills, Inc. and Motorola, Inc. and served as a labor relations representative with General Motors Co.

Burke holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
