BOS Enters Into a Strategic Agreement With Everis

RISHON LEZION, Israel, Dec. 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. ("BOS") BOSC, today announced that its RFID and Mobile division and Everis, a multinational consultant, have signed a strategic agreement for the sale of RFID based solutions in Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and Latin America.

The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) systems are a solution that enables identification and improves traceability of a wide range of products, which are stored inside and outside of factories, warehouses and stores. BOS' solution offers many advantages in tracking the product: it allows locating by batch, controlling final stocks and online intermediaries. These advantages reduce human errors and operational costs.

Everis is a multi-national consulting agency that offers business, strategy, and development solutions as well as technological application maintenance and outsourcing. Everis is active in the telecommunications, financial, industrial, utilities, energy, banking, insurance, public administration, media and health sectors. Currently, Everis has 10,600 professionals in different offices throughout Europe, the United States and Latin America.
