Jones Energy, Inc. Completes Anadarko Basin Acquisition

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Jones Energy, Inc. JONE announced today the closing of its previously announced acquisition of oil and gas properties in the Anadarko Basin from Sabine Oil & Gas LLC for total consideration of $195 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments. The Company funded the acquisition with borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
