Advance Auto Parts, Inc. AAP, a leading retailer of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, batteries, and maintenance items, announced today the closing of its Senior Unsecured Notes offering. The Company completed the offering of $450 million in principal amount of 4.50% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2023 at an issue price of 99.690%. The proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to finance the recently announced acquisition of General Parts International, Inc. and for general corporate purposes.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers of the debt offering.
