Kandi Technologies Reports Public EV Sharing Stations Entering Into High-End Hotels to Establish a New Feature for the Tourist City of Hangzhou

JINHUA, China, Nov. 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (the 'Company' or 'Kandi') KNDI, today announced that Zhejiang Kandi Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd. (the "JV Company") hosted a ceremony event at Hangzhou Xizi Hotel to feature Hangzhou Public EV Sharing System (the "Project") entering into local high-end hotels and the establishment of a new business channel for the pure EV sharing Project. Hong Li, the Director of Hangzhou Tourism Commission, Xinping Yu, the General Manager of Hangzhou Culture Radio Television Group, Guoliang Xia, the President, and Qunying Li, the Secretary-General of Hotel Association in Hangzhou attended the event. People also attending the event were Xiaoming Hu, the General Manager of the JV Company, Jian Yang, the Vice Chairman of Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. ("Geely"), executives from local high-end hotels and local media from Hangzhou Television Station and Hangzhou Traffic Radio Station.

The ceremony was to present Hangzhou Xizi Hotel as the first hotel station to officially start the trail operation for the EV sharing Project. Hong Li, the Director of Hangzhou Tourism Commission commented, "The public EV sharing system entering into Hangzhou's high-end hotels will improve the overall services of the hotel and become a new feature for the hotels in Hangzhou." Director Li test drove the Kandi EV during the event and said: "Kandi EV is beautiful, flexible, easy to operate, green and is a great choice for the EV sharing system. Having new EV sharing stations located in hotels will provide more convenient transportation options for the citizens and tourists in Hangzhou." Guoliang Xia, the President of Hotel Association in Hangzhou also commented: "It has been an issue for the guests of high-end hotels to conveniently travel around the city of Hangzhou and the local hotel industry has hoped to have the EV sharing system to station in the hotels; and the Association will provide its full support for such a program."
