FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Nov. 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust RPT (the "Company") today announced that on November 19, 2013, its Board of Trustees declared a fourth quarter common share dividend of $0.1875 per share for the period of October 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 and a Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share for the same period.
The dividends are payable on January 2, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2013.
