Winthrop Realty Trust Announces Correction to Net Asset Value Range

BOSTON, Nov. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Winthrop Realty Trust FUR, a leading real estate value investor, today announced that the net asset value range set forth in Winthrop's earning release issued earlier today under valued the high range. Accordingly, Winthrop's estimated range of net asset value per common share at September 30, 2013 was $12.98 to $15.01 rather than the previously stated $12.98 to $14.29.
