Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. FDP today announced that its 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Miami, Florida at a location to be advised in the Company's 2014 Proxy Statement.

Fresh Del Monte shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2014 are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote their shares. In accordance with Fresh Del Monte's security procedures, all shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting must present an acceptable form of photo identification and proof of share ownership as of the close of business on March 11, 2014.
