Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Declares 451st Regular Quarterly Dividend

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. CHD, manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER(TM) consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty-eight cents ($0.28) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable December 2, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2013. It is the Company's 451st regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
