Quarterly Changes to the NASDAQ OMX Q-50 Index

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. NDAQ today announced the results of the quarterly re-ranking of the NASDAQ OMX Q-50 Index NXTQ, which will become effective prior to market open on Monday, September 23, 2013.

The following nine securities will be added to the Index: Concur Technologies, Inc. CNQR, Ctrip.com International, Ltd. CTRP, Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc. DNKN, First Solar, Inc. FSLR, FLIR Systems, Inc. FLIR, Groupon, Inc. GRPN, Methanex Corporation MEOH, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. SLXP and Sina Corporation SINA.

The NASDAQ Q-50 Index is designed to track the performance of securities that are next-eligible for inclusion into the NASDAQ–100 Index. It does not contain securities of financial companies including investment companies.

As a result of the re-ranking, the following six securities will be removed from the Index: BlackBerry Limited BBRY, Copart, Inc. CPRT, ONYX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ONXX, Penn National Gaming, Inc. PENN, Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. SIRO and Skyworks Solutions, Inc. SWKS.
