Archstone Dental to Hold Free Dental Day Every Month

Due to the success of Archstone Dental's Free Dental Day last month, the office will now offer the event every month. There are several Archstone Dental locations serving Fort Worth, Granbury, and Weatherford.

Archstone Dental is now offering its dental services at no cost on a monthly basis. The next Free Dental Day will be on Saturday, March 9 at the Weatherford location next to Cici's Pizza at 325 Adams Drive, Suite 335.

During its Free Dental Day last month at one of their Fort Worth locations, Archstone Dental donated $5,600 worth of dental treatments to the community, prompting the organization to hold the event every month in light of its success.

Those interested in receiving dental services at no cost must call 817-737-7711 between 5:00-5:30PM on Wednesday, March 6 to secure an appointment. All procedures will be offered without requiring insurance or income verification. Treatment is limited to one procedure per patient (simple filling, simple extraction, or basic cleaning) after an exam, X-Ray, and approval by the dentist.

"After seeing the impact on the people that we treated last month, we have decided to continue this program on a monthly basis for as long as we are able to. We have decided to rotate the free dental day through the Fort Worth, Weatherford, and Granbury offices to reach more of the community," said Dr. Gabriel Shahwan, owner of Archstone Dental.

Due to the economy and unemployment rate, there is a definite need to give assistance to those less fortunate. The primary goal of Archstone Dental's Free Dental Day is to provide new and existing patients -- who may or may not have insurance -- with dental services.

Appointment reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and must be made prior to the event. Archstone Dental is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and every other Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PPO insurances, Medicaid, CHIP, cash, and checks. Archstone Dental has several locations serving the communities of Fort Worth, Granbury, and Weatherford.
