TelePacific's new offering bundles Hosted PBX phone service with TelePacific's private IP network and end-to-end access control.

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) February 28, 2013

U.S. TelePacific Corp., which does business as TelePacific Communications (TelePacific), has introduced an integrated Hosted PBX solution. The new offering bundles Hosted PBX phone service with TelePacific's private IP network and end-to-end access control to ensure quality of service, integrates seamlessly with workplace technology, allows users to make and receive phone calls from any location on any device, and supports multiple locations under one service account.

“TelePacific's hosted PBX service allows customers to reap the benefits of the latest IP-PBX equipment and features without having to purchase and house expensive phone equipment or pay for future hardware and software upgrades,” says David Zahn, Vice President of Marketing at TelePacific. “We also guarantee the customer's traffic with service level agreements, so we're providing a high quality and reliable phone service alternative with low cost of ownership, predictable operating expenses, zero maintenance and simplified billing from one trusted provider.”

TelePacific's Hosted PBX solution is able to control the quality of voice calls because all traffic travels exclusively on TelePacific's private network from end-to-end. The result is guaranteed quality of service backed by service level agreements. In addition, by leveraging synergies with its SmartVoice NTN (national telephone number) capabilities, TelePacific is able to deliver Hosted PBX services anywhere in the contiguous 48 states as long as the customer's primary location is inside its franchise territory.

Product highlights include competitive pricing, state-of-the-art IP handsets and several seat types offering a variety of features and other add-ons that can be selected a la carte by an individual user or for all users at the customer's location. Powerful self-management portals allow customers and their administrators to customize features and make changes on the fly, and because the solution is cloud-based, they will always have access to the latest features and services that TelePacific has to offer.

In early 2013, TelePacific also will roll out additional cloud solutions including messaging products, unified communications services and collaboration tools as part of its Cloud Services strategy.
