A native of the Philippines, Chef Arnaldo has spent the better half of his career practicing his art in kitchens all over the world. His affinity for Asian, particularly Japanese cuisine, was cultivated under the tutelage of Chef Nishimura-san and Chef Ito-san while working in Japan. He has since traveled the world working in restaurants and hotels from Dubai to the United States.
