TSX Delisting Review - Swisher Hygiene Inc. (Symbol: SWI)

TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW  Swisher Hygiene Inc. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2012-1093 dated October 10, 2012, TSX has determined to delist the Common Shares SWI of the Company at the close of market on March 11, 2013 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
