Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) announces it has granted an aggregate of 550,000 options to a director and consultants of the Company. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one Nighthawk common share at an exercise price of $0.15 until February 5, 2016.
