Dell SonicWALL Selected One of the "Best Companies to Partner With" by UBM Channel's CRN
Dell Software announced that UBM Channel's CRN selected Dell SonicWALL as one of the ‘Best Companies to Partner With.' Dell SonicWALL was recognized for excellence in the results of the second annual “Best Companies to Partner With” survey unveiled at UBM Channel's COMDEX virtual event.
“Today's disruptive technologies, rapidly changing customer needs and transformative business models contribute to great change for solution providers as they evaluate which vendor relationships (new or old) are most important to them,” said Kelley Damore, CRN vice president and editorial director. “Unlike anything else in the industry, our new research arms IT solution providers with the most up to date, valuable vendor information to assist in the decision-making process and supports our goal of serving as the only resource for ongoing channel expertise. We congratulate Dell SonicWALL for being named to our annual list of ‘Best Companies to Partner With'.”
The comprehensive directory of must-have vendors that VARs should partner with provides IT solutions providers a much-needed roadmap to navigate vendor relationships. UBM Channel's CRN editorial and IPED research teams surveyed more than 220 vendors in 13 technology categories earlier this year to gauge VAR perceptions of a company's brand, technical prowess, market strength and channel programs.
UBM Channel recognized a growing industry challenge in choosing the right partner. As such, the company leveraged the power of its research team to help IT solution providers in the selection process. Results of the research are based on the vendor's ability to:
- Exhibit strong dedication to the channel
- Offer a VAR-friendly channel program
- Continually capture and maintain market share
- Demonstrate brand strength and technical prowess
“We see this as formal recognition that our channel programs, customer benefits and innovative network security solutions provide our partners with all the tools they need to make security a business enabler,” said Marvin Blough, executive director, worldwide sales, Dell SonicWALL. “It is an honor for Dell SonicWALL to be chosen twice in as many years for this prestigious award.”
