TestAmerica announced today that it has a featured article in ASH at Work Magazine that highlights the company as the first environmental testing company to offer in-house capabilities to support the U.S. EPA's Leaching Environmental Assessment Framework Test Methods (LEAF). TestAmerica has taken the initiative to develop and offer a comprehensive framework for EPA LEAF Methods 1313, 1314, 1315, and 1316.

ASH at Work is distributed to 10,000+ American Coal Ash Association (ACAA) members and is the only magazine that covers all aspects of the coal combustion industry. The article focuses on TestAmerica's expertise on the EPA's next generation of leaching procedures and provides a summary of the LEAF Methods. In particular, it clarifies for those unfamiliar with the analysis that LEAF is a suite of tests rather than a single test.

'As members of ACAA, we support their mission of advancing the use of coal combustion products. TestAmerica is committed and ready to provide timely and relevant analytical testing services to the nation's 600-plus coal power plants and to firms engaged in the business of beneficially using coal combustion products in commerce,' said James E. Hyman, CEO of TestAmerica.
