Brittany Banks, a Fredericksburg resident, awarded the first of four 2013 CNA scholarships as the recipient of the first of four CNA nursing scholarships to be awarded during the year 2013.

Select schools are planning to match the $250 scholarship award if attended.

Applications are now open for the next round of scholarships as follows:

●     March 2013 CNA Scholarship – submission due February 28
●     June 2013 CNA Scholarship – submission due May 31
●     October 2013 CNA Scholarship – submission due September 30
