Author weaves an inspirational and spiritual but nonreligious fiction that will engross readers from beginning to end.

Boynton Beach, FL (PRWEB) January 10, 2013

Dr. Robert Schaffer, a Miami physician, is involved in a fatal two-car accident. He receives no injuries but, for some reason, suddenly suffers a "code blue" while being treated at a hospital. It is at the critical moment when he flat-lines that a golden glow surrounds his body and an unusual, foreign-sounding voice speaks from his mouth.

Bob's wife is referred to a foreign language professor at the local university. With the woman's help, and that of an expert in hypnosis, Dr. Schaffer is sent back through time to undergo a past-life experience. Where will his travels end? Who will select this mild-mannered, easy-going pediatrician to be their conduit for "crossing over the rainbow bridge" that spans the ages from the distant past to the present? Questions are asked and answered during two hypnotic sessions. Those in attendance are shocked when the professor suddenly cries out, "It's Him! It's Him!" and declares the aura and voice belong to one special and unique soul, that of Jesus Christ, Himself.

This is what you will discover in "It's Him!" an inspirational, spiritual but non-religious novel.

About the Author
Barry Geltner was raised and educated in Miami, Florida, and later served with the Marine Corps in Korea. He finished his education upon leaving the service earning a B.S. degree at Colorado State University and a M.A. degree from the University of Miami, Fl. He also attended the University of Arizona and Florida International University. Geltner is married and has three grown children.

His professional career included teaching U.S. History and world cultural geography in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The novels take the Miami P.D. homicide detective and the reader, to far-off countries like Brazil, Japan, Italy, Israel and Russia.

One of the author's unusual, real-life happenings is repeated in "It's Him!' an inspirational, spirituality, but non-religious novel. Immediately following his first heart attack, he had a near-death experience and found himself lying on a gurney in a brightly-lit hospital room, unable to move, his head and body covered by a white sheet. His deceased parents appeared in a swirling gray cloud and his mother waved for him to go back.
