TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 4, 2013) - Tomorrow, the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) will announce the results of a vote taken by school board sector leaders on a tentative agreement negotiated for its 55,000 Ontario school support workers to determine whether they will recommend ratification.

CUPE Ontario President Fred Hahn will make the announcement at 3:00 p.m., together with Terri Preston, chair of CUPE's Ontario School Board Coordinating Committee.

Details of the agreement will be released following the vote, which address the unique circumstances faced by school support workers.
