The Italian Restaurant celebrates the holiday season with discounts on groups of 12 or more people.
McLean, VA (PRWEB) December 17, 2012
The Italian restaurant has been known to deliver classic Italian cuisine to both loyal and new customers, competing with other restaurants in McLean, Virginia. Their menu includes well-known dishes involving pasta and seafood. Now they are pleased to offer holiday deals to large groups of people, either for business outings or family dinners.
“I remember when we first had our first corporate dinner here. We were all sick of our usual place and a new employee recommended this place. We gave it a shot and we've been coming here since. The staff is so nice and understanding, plus the food makes me feel warm like I'm home,” a loyal customer says.
They hope to reach more business-oriented customers in addition to families and friends who eat at Capri by providing promotions for large groups.
“We believe holidays mean sharing delicious food with people as much as possible. For instance, our specials would be a great way to build partnerships and bonds when it comes to companies,” a long-time employee remarks.
Serving authentic Italian dishes continues to be Capri's main appeal. They claim to use simple yet fresh ingredients for all of the food in their menus. They improve their food and service according to what their customers have suggested. However, they still keep their strong foundation that helped their business grow. One component of that foundation is their recipes. Most recipes used in their cooking have been passed down from generation to generation, according to Beatrice Zelaya, founder and owner of the restaurant. Tweaks are only involved for significant improvements or for highlighting seasonal ingredients.
“Many restaurants nowadays are popularizing fusions of two cuisines – and that's great! Especially fancy tools like sous vide machines and foam dispensing guns take food to another level. But for those who want no fuss, food-for-the-soul kind of cooking, that's us,” the owner says.
