ej4 welcomes new hire Eric Schnolnick to the team as the Director of Sales, East Division.

In his new role, Schnolnick is responsible for helping clients in and around the East Coast to identify and better utilize performance improvement tools. As a Sales Director and learning consultant, he will work with companies on the best way to implement learning pilot programs, best practices for video learning, and how to shorten learning content to increase engagement. Schnolnick will report to Rick Michael, Chief Marketing Officer, and is excited to bring Michael's unique “problem solving” approach to the eLearning market on the East Coast.

”My passion for learning and training led me to ej4. What they are doing in the online learning space seemed to fit well with my background and looked like a lot of fun,” said Schnolnick.

Schnolnick received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is no stranger to the learning and development market, as he comes with great business development experience from Knowledge Anywhere and BI Worldwide.

Prior to entering the eLearning industry, Schnolnick was a Senior Sales Executive at Bloomberg L.P. for eight years. There, he developed new business and managed a diversified client roster consisting of regional broker dealers, Insurance companies, mutual fund companies, and Fortune 500 companies such as Best Buy, Ford, General Motors, Northwestern Mutual, Wal-Mart, etc.
