Qualico Developments Welcomes Loblaws:

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 4, 2012) - Qualico and its partner, Chow & Li, are pleased to announce the opening of the first-ever Lifestyle Centre in the Langley Community. Located in the heart of the Yorkson Neighbourhood at 80th Avenue and 208th Street, the Willoughby Town Centre will ultimately boast 145,000 square feet of office and retail space plus exclusive residences. The first retailer to open its doors is Loblaws: Your Independent Grocer, who has invited the public to join them for a ribbon-cutting ceremony taking place this Wednesday.

In addition to the Loblaws: Your Independent Grocer, a grocery store that thrives on providing convenience and great value for money to customers, the Royal Bank and one of BC's top ten credit unions, the G&F Financial Group, will also be opening branches in the Willoughby Town Centre early next year. The project will continue to unfold with the first residential-retail building and an office building on the 208th Street frontage breaking ground in December. Occupancies are planned for Spring 2014.

To welcome Loblaw's: Your Independent Grocer into the Willoughby Town Centre, an opening ceremony is taking place, complete with food sampling, cake and refreshments and giveaways to the first 500 customers.
