ELMIRA, N.Y., Dec. 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemung Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CHMG) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase plan under which the Company may repurchase up to 125,000 shares.
