CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Completes Public Offering of Common Stock
CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (“CorEnergy”) (NYSE: CORR) today announced that it has closed its previously announced public offering of common stock, raising $78 million in gross proceeds at $6.00 per share. CorEnergy intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to finance a portion of the previously announced anticipated acquisition of a Liquids Gathering System (LGS) located in the Pinedale field in Wyoming from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ultra Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: UPL).
CorEnergy will also allow the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,950,000 shares of the common stock, at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
BofA Merrill Lynch, KeyBanc Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel acted as joint book running managers for the offering.
The shares of common stock were offered pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement that the Company previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the name Tortoise Capital Resources Corp.
