First Republic Bank Declares Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend Early


First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC) has announced that its board of directors has declared a fourth-quarter 2012 common stock cash dividend of $0.10 per share and is accelerating its payment into the fourth quarter. The dividend is payable on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2012.

“First Republic is having a very successful 2012,” said Jim Herbert, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “As the result of our earnings and capital strength, the early payment of the fourth quarter dividend is an action with which we are comfortable and which will benefit our shareholders.”
