Dockwise Ltd : TERMINATION OF FAIRSTAR LISTING
Squeeze out procedures initiated
15 November 2012, Breda, the Netherlands; Dockwise Ltd. today reminds the shareholders in Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. (Fairstar) that squeeze out procedures have been initiated for the remaining approximately 0.4%. A writ of summons was delivered to the registrar for Fairstar.
Prior to the completion of the squeeze out, the shares of Fairstar will be delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange on 19 November 2012. The last day of listing FAIR will be 19 November 2012.
