Cornerstone Insurance Group responds to need for Financial Wellness in the workplace.

Cornerstone Insurance Group has offered numerous wellness programs to both clients and their own employees, but is now including Financial Wellness. The personal finance component of corporate wellness has become very popular over the last decade with rapidly changing laws, a volatile stock market, and a global recession.

"We have put numerous new programs in place for our employees in recent years," says Richard Steinbaum, one of the founders of Cornerstone. "It just made sense to add financial education to our wellness program given how complex the topic can be. The program is brand new, but our employees have given us very positive feedback."

Cornerstone brought in a local Financial Wellness provider - Four Seasons Financial Education - to help them with the new program. Groups such as Four Seasons often pride themselves on the qualify of their live presenters.
