America Recycles Day is on November 15. AERC.com, Inc. (AERC Recycling Solutions), one of the largest universal waste and electronics recyclers in the United States, invites members of the Hayward, California community for a tour of its Electronics Processing Com-Cycle Facility.

This is an R2/RIOS Certified Electronics Recycler™ Facility.    
All accepted electronics are processed according to a Zero-Waste-to-Landfill Policy.

The date and time of the scheduled tour will be determined once all interested parties contact AERC. This AERC Community Tour will not be given to any unannounced visitors. All participants must RSVP in advance.

There is no fee for participating in this event. Space is limited.

AERC owns and operates five wholly owned Electronics Processing Com-Cycle facilities in five separate geographic locations. Each of these facilities has the industry designation of being an R2/RIOS Certified Electronics Recycler™ facility and has been independently certified to these industry designations. These R2/RIOS Certified Electronics Recycler™ facilities are in Allentown, PA, Ashland, VA, West Melbourne, FL, Houston, TX, and Hayward, CA. AERC maintains a Zero-Waste-to-Landfill Policy for all of its hazardous electronics / electrical recycling services. All electronics are dismantled domestically by AERC's highly trained staff. Any information on data storage devices is either wiped to the standards set by the Department of Defense or physically destroyed. AERC offers its clients compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Options for Recycling with AERC
AERC offers solutions for Secure Data Destruction, End-of-Life Asset Management, Electronic and Universal Waste. AERC works with clients in every state of the US and offers a customized solution for each of its client companies. We accept materials through scheduled pick-ups at a client location, scheduled drop offs at one of our facilities and our RecycleKits Program (http://www.RecycleKit.com). Handling of larger quantities of Electronic or Universal Waste is coordinated with an AERC Sales Representative.

Individuals and Small Businesses – Electronics Recycling Collection Events and Drop Off Friday Program
Individuals and small business owners may participate in any of AERC's Electronics Recycling Collection Events hosted at municipalities, retailers and corporations throughout the country.

In addition to offering Electronics Recycling Collection Events, AERC offers small businesses and individuals the Drop Off Friday Program and RecycleKits Program. Local community members are able to drop off small quantities of Electronic Waste at each of AERC's facilities during local Drop Off Friday hours. Another option available for smaller producers of Electronic or Universal Waste is AERC's RecycleKits Program. You may learn more about this program by visiting http://www.RecycleKit.com.
