At 4:40 p.m. on October 26, 2012, after a week of trial and more than three hours of deliberations, an Onondaga County jury returned a $2,000,000.00 verdict in favor of 42 year old David Stauber, a Cortland man who was injured on June 2, 2010, when the scaffolding he was standing on to install roofing at a SUNY Binghamton jobsite collapsed (New York State Supreme Court, Onondaga County, Deborah H.
