Shoppers in the Port City are anxiously awaiting the grand opening of Trader Joe's at the corner of South College Road and Oleander Drive. Flores and Foley Roofing was chosen to build the roof for the new location, scheduled to open on November 30, 2012.

Flores and Foley Roofing is currently installing a Versico single ply energy efficient roofing system. This system includes a white membrane to increase energy efficiency and Octaguard weathering package to keep the building secure and dry during any type of severe weather. Flores and Foley Roofing will be using 60-mil thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane for the structure that will be fully adhered with heat welded seams. This roofing system is designed to withstand the heavy winds and rain that can often lead to roof repairs in Wilmington NC. This roofing system is built for long-term performance and offers a 10 year warranty.
