SoftRock's Spook-tacular Halloween

More than 100 employees of Orlando-based technology company SoftRock dressed up in highly creative costumes to celebrate the “spooky” holiday.

More than 100 employees of Orlando-based technology company SoftRock dressed up in highly creative costumes to celebrate the “spooky” holiday.

“We had many great costumes, the majority of which were unique,” said SoftRock Chief Operating Officer Kelly Romero. “SoftRock employees are a creative bunch, which helped make Halloween an extraordinarily fun day.”

Employees who dressed up created a Halloween video that shows both comedic and dance talent of members of the SoftRock team. Each person was entered into a company contest for “Best Costume” to be voted on by employees and SoftRock's Facebook fans.

SoftRock is experiencing significant growth and hiring, adding 300 new employees since September 1 of this year. The company has an energetic, dynamic work environment and a flat structure allowing employees throughout the organization to interface with top management. The company and employees are involved in many community and fundraising events, and have a number of healthy activities such as employee sports teams.
