Edison Parkfast Helping NJ Commuters with Carpooling Efforts and Lower Prices

Edison Parkfast has set up an emergency carpool area for commuters and will offer half price parking for those leaving their cars behind.

(PRWEB) November 03, 2012

Edison ParkFast, owned by parent company Edison Properties, has set up an emergency carpool area for commuters who would like to drive into the city via the Lincoln Tunnel but need extra passengers to meet the three people per car minimum. Parking is also available at half price for those leaving their cars behind until public transit is back in service. (Reduced price is $10 per 12 hours compared with the standard daily rate of $20 per 12 hours.)

The parking lot is located right off the NJ Turnpike at Exit 15X at 675 New County Rd.

“We are grateful to be able to participate in some small way to help commuters get where they need to go,” said Gary DeBode, CEO of Edison Properties. “We're family-owned and operated and take great pride in doing what we can to support our community.”

Edison Properties has been family-owned and operated since 1956. In addition to Edison ParkFast its affiliated companies include Manhattan Mini Storage, The Ludlow, Workspace offices and the Hippodrome – all businesses dedicated to simplifying the city.
