Residential Home Funding Corp. establishes toll free hotline for loan programs without closing costs or bank fees for funding damage repairs where there is no flood insurance and where homeowners insurance refuses to cover losses.
Parsippany, NJ (PRWEB) November 01, 2012
Residential Home Funding Corp. (RHFC) a New York-New Jersey regional mortgage bank has announced a special loan program to assist homeowners who are victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Homeowners in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Maryland whose properties have been damaged by flood waters but do not have flood insurance, and where homeowners insurance refuses to provide coverage, may be eligible for a special HUD 203K loan program providing money to rebuild their homes at very low interest rates.
RHFC has established a special toll free hot line for qualified homeowners with property damage to begin an application process to expedite approval for a 203K loan. All applications will be subject to normal credit and other lending criteria, however RHFC has agreed to give back to those in need by waiving all application and closing fees. Furthermore, RHFC has pledged to donate a percentage of all revenue from this program to benefit victim relief funds serving victims of Hurricane Sandy in the Northeast.
RHFC President Tom Marinaro stated: “It is important that local and regional business take immediate steps to do what they can, with the resources they have, to help those affected by this tragedy. At Residential Home Funding we can offer assistance through special loan programs designed to provide funding for storm repairs. My own home has been damaged, as have the homes of many of our employees. We want to do whatever we can to help.”
