NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Barrett Johnston, LLC announces that it is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. ("Metropolitan" or the "Company") MDF concerning possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law related to the Company's efforts to sell the Company to Humana Inc.
