Canoe 'GO CANADA' Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:GCI.UN) announces the November 2012 distribution of $0.06 per unit. The distribution will be paid on December 14, 2012 to unitholders of record on November 30, 2012. The ex-distribution date for this payment is November 28, 2012.

The Fund's objective is to deliver a consistent, high-yield, monthly cash distribution from a portfolio of equity and fixed-income securities of primarily Canadian issuers.

Canoe 'GO CANADA!' Income Fund has scheduled a special meeting of unitholders on December 14, 2012 to consider the merger of the Fund into Canoe 'GO CANADA!'
